The Challenge
Educational institutions in Bangladesh often operate with disconnected legacy systems, manual tabulation sheet calculations, and slow payment reconciliation. Scaling this to a multi-tenant SaaS requires secure database isolation, BTRC-compliant SMS routing, and flexible Bangla PDF generation.
The Solution
Designed a single-database multi-tenancy architecture using scoped tenant filters. Integrated SSLCommerz for automated online payment reconciliation, implemented the NCTB grading system algorithms, and integrated Greenweb SMS API for real-time alerts. Developed optimized PDF generation engines for fast academic transcripts.
